We want you to shop with absolute confidence! We offer a standard 7-day return request window starting from the exact date your package is marked as delivered by the courier.

To safeguard our business against fraudulent claims while keeping a fair consumer standard, all returns are governed by the strict rules below:

  1. Eligible Grounds for Returns & Replacements: We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives physically damaged or broken during transit.

  • The item features a clear manufacturing or printing defect.

  • You received a completely wrong item, design, or incorrect size from what you ordered.

Note: We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer simply changes their mind, orders an incorrect item/size by mistake, or damages the item using sharp objects during opening.

  1. The 48-Hour Damage Reporting Rule: While you have a 7-day window to raise generalized claims, any transit damage, missing components, or physical breakages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for broken items reported after 48 hours cannot be verified or honored.

  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule (No Video = No Refund): To protect against scams, an uncut, continuous unboxing video is strictly mandatory to validate any return or replacement request.

  • The video must clearly capture the shipping label on the package before opening.

  • The video must show the package being opened and the defect/damage highlighted clearly in a single, unedited shot.

  • Edited, paused, or stitched videos will automatically invalidate the claim.

  1. Return Logistics: Once a valid unboxing video is approved by our team, we will coordinate a reverse courier pickup from your address. All returned products must be completely unused and kept in their original packaging with all tags attached.
